• Owned the company's new analytics product from spec to GA — now the primary sales demo for RealWork's AI voice-calling product. 273 paying contractor accounts, 750 users, ~205K reviews processed in 90 days (peak 28K/day). Built the full vertical solo, including a two-phase OpenAI pipeline that surfaces sentiment and trending issues from transcripts and reviews — split to keep token costs predictable.
• Stood up the company's first structured experimentation platform and ran the inaugural test across 587 accounts in 5 cohorts. The winning variant lifted review-link click rate 6.13% and conversion 3.66% and was promoted to the default for every account.
• Architected the rendering pipeline for the company's embeddable widget platform — deployed across ~2,600 customer sites. Took Lighthouse scores from all-red to 95–100 across SEO, performance, and accessibility, with sub-half-second load times. Now the standard for every new widget RealWork ships.
• Built out the company's new data API from spec to production — now the standard for all new backend work. Single source of truth for types and validation, with a typed client SDK for the frontend.
• Shipped the outbound sales platform solo — originally scoped for two engineers. A resumable data pipeline and React SPA processing ~2,600 prospect records monthly, with an interactive map UI for lead capture.

Developer platform: integration-platform-as-a-service for B2B SaaS companies.

• Primary engineer on the code-generation system inside Prismatic's open-source TypeScript SDK (spectral). Built the CLI tooling, templating, and conversion layer that auto-generates fully typed integration packages from customer-authored component definitions, with validation rules and automated CI/CD publishing — a foundational developer-tooling system used by every Prismatic customer building integrations.

Privacy-preserving data-collaboration platform for regulated industries.

• Designed and shipped a full-stack synthetic data-generation feature — customers upload a dataset, select a column, change its type, and generate mock data on demand. Schema design, server services, and React UI end-to-end.
• Led the frontend data-fetching and build-tooling modernization across the entire app — migrated to React Query and replaced the Webpack build with Vite. Retired a homegrown caching layer, eliminated a recurring class of stale-data bugs, and established Vite as the standard for downstream applications.
• Mentored a junior frontend engineer through structured PR reviews, weekly 1:1s, and design pairing sessions.

K–8 micro-school platform serving parents and teaching guides.

• Led the company's TypeScript migration and the design-system rollout across the parent and teacher products — establishing the component library, type conventions, and frontend standards used by every engineer on the team.
• Owned the calendar and scheduling system end-to-end for the teacher product — the core surface teachers used to book sessions and class times. Full-stack: React frontend, Express/PostgreSQL backend.

Working-capital marketplace connecting suppliers and enterprise buyers.

• Cut latency 24% and CI runs 33% on revenue-path APIs, and stood up the team's first load-testing practice.

A reading-tracker app for people trying to read more and scroll less. Flip your phone face-down to start a reading session — sessions log automatically, no streaks or gamification. Solo build: React Native (Expo), local-first SQLite, accelerometer-based detection state machine, weighted multi-source book search (Hardcover GraphQL primary, Google Books fallback). 4.02% page-view-to-install conversion from 939 impressions and 84 product page views.
