Senior Software Engineer — RealWork Labs
- Re-architected the customer-facing widget platform from client-rendered to SSR, taking Lighthouse scores from all-red to 95–100 across SEO, performance, and accessibility and LCP under 0.5s. Pattern is now the standard for every widget RealWork ships and is deployed across all customer sites. Built on a Preact/Vite monorepo with a server-rendered hydration pipeline and S3 + GitHub Actions deployment.
- Launched the Pulse Dashboard greenfield from spec to GA — now the primary demo surface in sales calls for the company's new AI voice-calling product. Live with 273 paying contractor accounts, 750 users, and ~205K reviews processed in 90 days (peak 28K/day). Owned the full vertical: data model, evaluation pipeline, alert triage view, and a context sidesheet that collapsed a 4–5 screen workflow into one. Extended with an OpenAI-powered Feedback Themes pipeline surfacing sentiment and trending issues from review streams.
- Solo-delivered the Local Visibility marketing platform — originally scoped as a 2-engineer project — powering an outbound campaign to 2,598 targeted businesses. Built a self-healing resumable Lambda ETL (BigQuery → S3) with cursor-based recovery, EventBridge orchestration, an API layer with month-rollover fallback, and a React 19 SPA with interactive Google Maps and HubSpot lead capture.
- Established the request-scoped DB routing pattern now used across every service on the platform by authoring the Data Core Routes RFC and leading the end-to-end buildout. Pattern enables Parse-to-API accessor migration and per-test DB isolation across the engineering org.
